On April 27, 2025, we marked a significant milestone in the development journey of Simple Medical as we officially opened our new headquarters office! This represents not just an upgrade in physical space but a pivotal moment as we uphold our mission and embark on a new journey.

President Mr. Wu Hongshi leads us into this new chapter and shares his thoughts: "As we stand at this fresh starting point, I express three sentiments: Firstly, gratitude. From the compact working environments of Simple Group in Luohu and Simple Medical in Qinghu to the modernized headquarters now in use, every inch of growth embodies the team's relentless efforts, the robust support of our partners, and the understanding sacrifices made by each colleague's family. Special thanks to the excellent business environment fostered by the Shenzhen Municipal Government!

Secondly, anticipation. The new headquarters offer superior facilities compared to the previous office, with better surroundings and a more advantageous location. Our Human Resources Department will work together to enhance the company's facilities continually, create a more humane and free work environment, and attract outstanding talents to join us in accelerating the realization of the company's vision to become a leading brand in orthopedic fixators. This is not just a workplace but a nurturing ground for industry breakthroughs.

Thirdly, commitment. Amidst the rapid development of medical technology in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, we will leverage the new headquarters to first enhance existing product lines over the next three years. Our focus will be on breaking through the clinical applications of intelligent 3D systems and implementing Class II and III medical devices. We remain committed to our strategic approach of global operations and internationalization, aiming to give back society's trust with more efficient medical solutions and increased market share.

Lastly, take a look around you—on the left, the patent wall signifies our innovation DNA, while the map on the right will document every market territory conquered by our diligent colleagues. Surrounding us are world-class product lines created by our R&D department. In the middle, our collective effort aims towards the company emblem SIMPLE, a source of pride and aspiration for all of us.
